I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was super simple. No confusing steps or random popups getting in the way. Like I said, it was just a smooth, easy experience overall.

Like I said, the replacement parts were easy enough to find. I was able to get what I needed without much hassle, and like I said, it was a straightforward experience overall.

I liked the modern style at first, and a few pieces definitely stood out to me. But overall, it felt a little too plain for what it costs. It’s not bad by any means, I just don’t think everything really justifies the price.

I bought a coffee maker from Caso Design USA, and overall I’m happy with the purchase. The price felt reasonable compared to other places I checked, and when it arrived, it was packed well and looked good right out of the box.

Shipping wasn’t the fastest, and I do wish the updates had been a little clearer, but the coffee maker works well and feels solid so far. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but for the quality, I feel satisfied with what I paid...

I knew this was supposed to be compact, but I guess I only remembered the part where I thought it would still be practical. Once I started using it, it felt way too small for my everyday stuff. I kept having to move things around just to make everything fit, which got old quickly. It might be fine if you’re working with a really tiny space, but for me it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. I just wish the size had been a little easier to picture before I bought it.

The box arrived looking neat overall, just had a small dent on it. Not a big deal, I guess?

I had to follow up once, and for a bit it felt like I was just a ticket number sitting in a queue. Once they answered, the info was helpful enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the communication had been a little quicker and more personal.

Overall, it was okay. It’s not even about it being complicated, it’s just that a few of the steps weren’t explained clearly enough, so I had to stop and figure out what they meant. A little more detail in the instructions would’ve made the whole thing much smoother.

I had to return one item because it just wasn’t quite what I expected. The return process was straightforward, and customer service got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The refund did come through, it just took... a few more days than I was hoping for. Overall though, it was a decent experience, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

I got one of their kitchen appliances and, it’s been working really well so far. It heats up quickly, isn’t obnoxiously loud, and feels sturdy, which is a nice change. I’ve been using it almost every day and haven’t had any issues yet. Slightly annoying that I’m this impressed, but yeah, I’m happy with it.

I expected this to be a lot louder, but the noise level is really low. I keep mine in the kitchen and barely notice it running, even at night. If you’re worried about it being annoying in a shared space, I’d say it’s been totally fine for me. Happy with it so far

I’ve been using my CASO product for a few months now, i was a little suspicious at first when people said it was easy to clean. Usually that means there’s some annoying hidden corner where food somehow ends up, but so far that hasn’t been the case. I just wipe it down after using it and it takes about a minute.

I did have a small maintenance question and checked the site, half expecting the usual vague answers, but the info was actually clear. It still looks pretty much new and works fine, so I don’t really have anything to complain about. Happy with it overall.

I got this from casodesignusa.com a little while back, maybe a few months ago. It looks nice and it’s still working fine so far, but a couple of parts feel a bit less sturdy than I was expecting. Nothing has broken or anything like that, I’m just not totally sure how well it’ll hold up if you’re using it pretty much every day.

From what I’ve seen so far, the temperature control is accurate. It doesn’t seem to drift much, which makes it feel reliable to me.

It’s decent and does the job, but the quality isn’t quite where I hoped it would be. I don’t think it’s terrible, and I want to be fair, but if a company is charging for something, it feels right that the product should be a little more solid and reliable.
